The SprayMaster inspex is the modular high-precision system for ensuring the production quality of fuel sprays and injection systems. Its optical measurement processes enable detailed inline analysis of the spray pattern and spray cone to ensure consistent product quality. All measurement data is provided in real time and deviations from reference values can be quickly determined using the optical analyses.
SprayMaster inspex is suitable for real-time monitoring of industrial production of injection systems. The spray pattern and spray cone are analyzed directly during production using optical measuring methods in order to detect deviations at an early stage and ensure consistent product quality.

The combination of the SprayMaster Q.C. (Quality Control) software with a SprayMaster inspex imaging system offers a complete solution for monitoring spray processes in production. Hardware and software are optimized for seamless integration into production environments and enable automatic quality control around the clock (24/7). Common communication interfaces such as Modbus, TCP/IP or 24 V I/O are supported.

Spray pattern geometry:
The spray pattern is crucial for the function and efficiency of an injection system. The SprayMaster enables the detailed analysis of the homogeneity, size and shape of the spray pattern to ensure that the injection of a wide range of fuels has a uniform and controlled distribution:
