The SprayMaster inspex specializes in the detailed analysis of processes in research and development. The system delivers precise, digital measurement results to optimally design painting and coating processes right from the development phase. It enables accurate analysis of spray patterns and spray cones, while its modular platform can be individually adapted – ideal for research laboratories and product development.

The SprayMaster inspex is the modular, optical high-precision system for R&D in paint spraying, painting and coating. It enables detailed analysis of the spray pattern and spray cone in order to optimize product quality right from the development phase. With its high degree of flexibility and expandability, the system adapts to individual R&D requirements – for scientifically sound and efficient product development.

System & components

The SprayMaster inspex Base Frame, as a basic equipment concept, forms the central platform of the system. Spray bottles, spray nozzles and other applicators of various shapes and sizes can be securely positioned using a universal holder. Measurements are taken using backlit imaging, light-sectioning technology and shadowgraph analysis, enabling complete characterization of the spraying process. The system is specially designed for use in research laboratories and product development environments.
